GIVI Service Day 2025 Brings Service Excellence and Appreciation for GIVI People
Jakarta – Closing out 2025, we proudly presented GIVI Service Day (GSD) 2025, our annual agenda dedicated to GIVI box users as well as the broader riding community. Carrying the theme of service and appreciation, this event became a special moment for us to connect more closely with riders by providing after-sales services, special promotions, and a warm space for togetherness with the community. GIVI Service Day 2025 was successfully held over two days, on December 13–14, 2025, at GIVI Point Radio Dalam, Jakarta.
Caring for Riding Gear Through GIVI Service and Maintenance
As the core of GIVI Service Day 2025, we provided free installation and service, including free maintenance for faded GIVI boxes, restoring them to a cleaner and more well-maintained condition. This program became one of the most popular activities, as it delivered direct benefits to our loyal GIVI users.
In addition, we offered special discounts on spare parts for service needs, making it easier for riders to maintain the performance and safety of their riding gear. Through these services, we aim to ensure that every GIVI user can continue riding safely and comfortably.
A Variety of Appreciation Programs for GIVI People
Beyond maintenance services, we also presented a range of appreciation programs throughout the two-day event, including Special Offers of up to 50%, bundling promotions of up to 15%, and exclusive merchandise for the Matterhorn and Gold Series.
We also provided free installation, various benefits, and attractive merchandise. The event atmosphere grew even more lively with games, snacks, drinks, and meals that visitors could enjoy throughout the event.
Sunday Morning Ride with More Than 50 Riders
The excitement of GIVI Service Day 2025 continued on the second day with a Sunday Morning Ride (Sunmori), joined by more than 50 riders from dozens of motorcycle communities. The riders traveled along the BSD – Alam Sutera – Graha Raya – Pondok Indah route before finishing together at GIVI Point Radio Dalam.
This Sunmori activity symbolized togetherness and solidarity among communities, while also reflecting our spirit to continue growing alongside GIVI users across Indonesia.
Lively Talkshow, Bid & Win, and Doorprizes on Day Two
After Sunmori, the second day continued with a talkshow featuring influencer Bang Pay, discussing riding culture, communities, and the importance of safe and functional riding gear. We also presented the Bid & Win program, giving participants the opportunity to obtain GIVI products at the best offers, as well as a doorprize draw, one of the most anticipated moments of the event.
Participant enthusiasm remained high until the very end, closing GIVI Service Day 2025 in a warm and joyful atmosphere of togetherness.
